Right to Cancel and Return Purchases

You have the right to cancel your order before Global Store TW shipped out, which means you have 24 hours to cancel the order.

Your statutory rights regarding damaged, defective or incorrect goods are not affected by this.

Returned ‘’Incorrect’’ Items Only

For returns authorised by Customer Services if they are incorrect, they should be returned to the address that our Customer Services team provided.  

We kindly ask that all items requested for return  is not used or expired, undamaged and unopened packaging. Items are expected to be in the exact same condition as when you received it, and is in the original box and/or packaging with all tags, if any.

Please note that should you choose to return items in any reasons, the return of items may therefore be at the sender's own expense.

Please note Global Store TW do not offer 7 days return policy because all of the products are related to personal hygiene.
